Before I attempt to answer, a correction is needed on your question:
Anonymous Suppose I make up a video, should I say, “Subtitles is by me,” or “... are by me”? In the same manner, is it possible to say “by me” or “by myself”?
Answer: In informal English (e.g., everyday conversation), “Subtitles is by me” and “Subtitles by me” are fine. Is is used since

No, we would not use use "is." The noun "subtitles" is plural and requires the plural form "are."

You could say "[The] subtitles are [written/created] by me."
