Are you trying to understand if you should use is or are? Is if it singular are for plural. You have more than one object so use are.

Are you sure my teacher told me that if they are uncountable you cant use "are" you use "is"

Most of the milk" is"
Most of the milk and water"is" but I'm not sure about the third one you sure I use are?

Ok. I understand your question now. Yes for uncountable nouns use is. I thought you were listing items therefore making them plural. I did say that I didn't quite understand your question.
