Is or are

I have problems with the use of "is and are".

Found a sentence which i think is wrong:

Saying I love you
Is not the words I want to hear from you

Correct or wrong?

PS: That are (is??) the first two lines of the song "more than words"

Correct. is ' are the subject and verb, which are both singular. The plural 'words' in the predicate is a bit confusing, but does not really affect the verb choice.
