I just want to know " Is "there's" acceptable in written English?"

It isn't acceptable. If you kow it is wrong, it shouldn't matter if it is acceptable or not. You shouldn't use it. Don't perpetuate the ignorance.

In formal written English, it is "There are two ..." or "There is one ...". Not even "There's" or "There're" are used in the most formal styles, even if they correctly agree in number. The contraction "There're" is not common in informal conversation either.
