Look at this sentence.

1. Please correct my grammar if there is any mistake?
2. Please correct my grammar if there are any mistakes?

Which one is correct? or both wrong? Thanks

One thing I realize about English is that, it may sound correct to my ear, but I don't know if it is theoritically correct. Just like this example.
