"The human body is about 50% water" is correct. (Assuming the figure is right; I thought it was more like 70%.)

You could also say that the human body contains about 50% water.

I personally would not use "... is made of ..." here, because a living organism is not made of water in the way that a cake is made of flour, eggs and butter. Water is an essential component of the human body, and is constantly absorbed from the environment as the body grows inside the womb and then outside it. Water is not really an ingredient of the human body.

1. "If I had to choose someone to die first in the movie, I'd choose him ~~to die~~." Good. You don't need the second to die; if you want to repeat it, you need to say to die first.
2. "If I had to choose someone of dying first in the movie, I'd choose him dying first." Bad. You can't say "someone of dying first". It doesn't mean anything.
3. "If I had to choose who dies first in the the movie, I'd choose him to die first." Good. Again, you don't need to repeat to die first at the end of the sentence.

4. "As sportsmen, our ~~jobs~~ job isn't only on the field, (comma here) but also away from the field, setting a good example for our youth and making a difference in our communities." Good. You can say our job; it's a single job that all sportsmen do.

This sentence is still not quite natural. The colors don't ruin other clothes, it is the fading, or the discoloring that ruins. The phrase "on its own" does seem to convey the semantic meaning effectively in my opinion. I actually read it twice before I realized the intended meaning ( maybe I am slow

).
I would reword it this way: You have to wash this (shirt) separately, otherwise the discoloring may ruin other clothes.
