Hi,
For example:: If one takes a trip, he or she is having lots of fun.

Is this grammatically correct?
It's better to be consistent, and just stick with one style or the other.

eg If one takes a trip, one is having lots of fun.

In terms of tense, it's better ie more consistent to say If one takes a trip, one has lots of fun.
