It's fine with me, but 'private persons', as already mentioned, can be 'individuals', and 'rehabilitation services' doesn't mean much to me, so I can't advise you on a word that might be better. It sounds like physical therapy to recover from a broken leg, for example. Why would that service be in a hotel?
