Is not / does not get

in the blank space should it be "is not" or "does not get".

hAll0o0 should it be "is not" or "does not get" ? Both are grammatical, but 'does not get' is clunky. I'd use 'is not'.

Both are grammatical, but 'does not get' is clunky. I'd use 'is not'.

'will not be' also works. In fact, I like it better than either of the other choices.
