Is "near" correct?

Hi!

Is "near" correct in this context?

You may find the information on court room allocated for the court sitting on the second floor near the 204th room.

It should mean that the information on the court room allocated for the court sitting will be posted on the information board near the 204th room. Is "near" correct? Or shoul I better use "at" instead?

One more thing: is underlined "on" correct? Or should I use "about", "regrding" or other word?

Thanks!

What you mean by "court sitting" is unclear. However I am having several problems with this sentence. I would say: You can find the information on which court room is allocated for [the trial?
