is my writing correct?and natural?

You are correct, almost all modern USB devices(build as per USB Implementers Forum released the Battery Charging Specification) can be charged with higher amp charger. But, I don't think X1 follows the same rule (I don't know about their hardware limitations).

When I first bought this device a year ago, I also purchased a charger Sony CP-AD2(2.1amp and 5v) but that didn't work well with X1. That charger started making the X1 hot too much(even without having the rubber case on). So, I contacted the customer support and they referred me to use some lower amp charger like 2amp or below. Since then I use some generic 2amp charger and it has never shown such problem yet.

I think it will be better if someone from the technical team makes this topic clear. This topic is leading towards confusion rather than helping people.

Please check, is this writing correct and natural for informal communication?
Thanks in Advance!
