Is my thesis okay?
I am writing a contrast essay, and would like to know if the following is a good thesis or if it needs to be more specific.
There are two approaches to anxiety management; a holistic approach and the drug therapy approach. Although each approach to anxiety targets the same symptomes they both have a very different approaches and outcomes.
