Is my sentence using ‘unknowingly’ and ‘encourages/emboldens’ correct?

Is my sentence using ‘unknowingly’ and ‘encourages/emboldens’ correct? Can I replace ‘whom he unknowingly encourages/emboldens’ with ‘who are eventually encouraged/emboldened’?

Yes, but now you have dropped the word 'unknowingly', thus changing the meaning a bit. Words like 'emboldens' and 'misconduct' make your sentence seem rather stiff and unnatural.
