Letter Writing
Is my sentence correct and polite?
Dear Teammates,
First, we don't have serious communication during last weeks, I hope all of you are OK and every thing is good. Second, As some of you know, Ms. M. Leave IRAN for study, Ms. M. thanks for all of your efforts for the group and hope all is best for you where ever you are. Thirth, Ms. y. sent his translations Ahead of of our schedule,I must say Thank you Mrs. Y. . Fourth, I should say Thanks Ms. R. for her Efforts for the book. Fifth, you can find Table progress attached, I'm waiting to receive your responses a?out tasks present in it.
Last but not least, every member should be serous in lasts steps of our project. I think we need to focus on quality in this stage.
I'm waiting to hear from all of you soon.
