Is my sentence correct?

I need to send a message to my ex boss to meet him as he visited my city. Please correct my message if anything is wrong.

I came to know that you came to ABC city. I know you have a very busy schedule as you will be in the city for just 3 days. I just wanted to come and meet you to say "hi". Please let me know what time works best for you!
