Is my sentence correct?

I have been working for the Manager John for 2 years but I am not happy with his working behavior. I worked under your leadership for 5 years and it was a great learning. As I am not happy with my current manager, I am leaving the company. Had I am working under your leadership, I would not have dared to quit.
