Is my sentence correct?

Always managers should stand by employees but not by company management. A good manager is the one who always takes employees concerns to the notice of the management and get the issues sorted out. Bur our manager lacks these qualities in him.

A good manager is the one who always puts employees concerns in the mind of the management , and sorts the issues out . Unfortunately , our manager dosn't have any of these qualities. I think this is a better way of saying it .

I think that you have problem in punctuation."Managers are always supposed to stand by employees side , not by company management side.A good manager is the one who always puts employees concerns in the mind of the management , and sorts the issues out . Unfortunately , our manager dosn't have any of these qualities.
I think this is a better way of saying it .

'always' goes after the auxiliary verb if there is one, and you need a determiner for 'employees', so you need Managers should always stand by their employees.
