Is my sentence correct?

Love is not finding someone to live with; it's finding someone you can't live without.

I would state it a little differently. "Love is not 'finding someone you can live with'; it's 'finding someone you can't live without." The two sides are better related this way.

I agree, but I wouldn’t put the finding clauses in quotes.
