Is my sentence correct?

I am not pressurizing anybody to get into IT field. You can go to any field whichever you are interested in.

I don't pressure anybody into the field of Information Technology. One can choose any field of science which one is interested in.

The use of "one" can sound very stuffy. And in this case, the speaker may be speaking to a specific person, so "you" is appropriate.

I am not pressuring anyone/anybody to go into the IT field. You can/should go into whatever field you are interested in.

If it is not a specific "you" you can also say "People should go into whatever field interests them."
