Is my sentence correct?
Dear Friend,
I want to send an email to my adviser, I would really appreciate it if you could say your opinion about my sentence.
Dear Professor R.,
Thank you for your consideration and kindness. If you let me I will prepare my proposal presentation for next group meeting on around 16 November (as we discussed in latest Individual meeting). Moreover, I would really appreciate it if you let me know your opinion about attendance of Mr. H. to our group meeting that will be held within this week, I think it can help Mr. H. to be more serious.
About final project, Mr. H. and I are Following-up to provide cadavers from our university if possible. The result will be known this week.
