"I care not where I am, as long as what I do has meaning"
..I am new to clauses and all that stuff. I am convinced that they are two "independent clauses", that's why I have added a comma. Also, I have excluded "indefinite article" in front of "meaning" to emphasize the profoundness.
or would it be better like this...
"I care not where I am as long as what I do has a meaning"
