Is my paragraph correct?

Hello, can you tell me if this paragragh below is correct?

The air, hot and sticky as I sat at the bar. Stewing over my troubles
and nursing my usual beer. White foams lathered thick ready to
erupt. I tilted the glass upward, then a scream pierce the air, causing
me to spill most of my drink. "What's going on back there?" I indicated
toward a gray panel curtain, casting George an uneasy look.

Stewing over my troubles and nursing my usual beer. (There is no subject in the main clause. Stewing over my troubles, I nursed my usual beer. You can combine this with the previous sentence - ....I sat at the bar stewing over...)

White foams lathered thick ready to erupt. ( "erupt" does not make sense. )
I tilted the glass upward, and (you need a conjunction here) then a scream pierced the air, causing
me to spill most of my drink. "What's going on back there?" I indicated toward ("indicated toward" is not a good combination, use "pointed toward" or just "indicated" by itself ) a gray panel curtain, casting George an uneasy look.
