Letter Writing
Is my motivational letter good ?
Hello there,
I would like to know your opinion about my motivational letter.
This is my first motivational letter and do not have experience with writing any letter of this kind.
Dear sir or madam,
My name is Pavel XXXXX. I currently study Secondary school of informatics and services. I am in my final 4th year and I will be graduating in May this year. I have always been positively thinking about my future because I want to build my career and become a successful person.
I really appreciate Danish style of education, where students solve problems and work together on projects, which in my opinion greatly prepares for future career. I believe that enrolment to AP design and multimedia is another right step in my life to achieve goal of becoming professional web developer.
I adore creating things and computers allow me to express my imagination. Web development is my main hobby and in my spare time I also love to make 3D models and 3D animations I have already had opportunity to work as a freelancer for few companies and develop web pages for them. That is why I chose this programme because I want to share experience and passion with the others that want the same.
After AP degree in Multimedia design and Communication I want to study Web development Top up. I would also like to try work in game studio as 3D designer.
I have been living in student hostel since I start attending secondary school so I do not have problem living on my own. I get on well with people thanks to having great sense of humor, good communication and team working skills according to my 9 years of experience in local theatre. I am hardworking and I keep motivating people around me.

If your application form has your school and when you graduate, you don't need to mention this; they already know it. In the motivation letter, tell them about your interests, what makes you tick.
