I would guess that "deuch cource" is meant to be "Deutsch course", and the whole thing would mean evening classes to study German.

Thanks, BJ.

Then I'm not sure why it is 'prepaid', but it should read:

Prepaid German course at XX Abendakademie

I expect that it is a prerequisite, and the college wants to be satisfied that the applicant has made a financial commitment to it.
In German all nouns are capitalized, so I don't know if Abendakademie is part of the name of the institution, or if it is used here to refer to evening classes at the community college. Perhaps Anna can clarify what is meant.

Yes, I know, but I presumed that if it was prepaid and had a document to prove it, then the name of the specific academy was called for.

I agree. I was just commenting that Abendakademie might not actually be part of the name of the school, merely an indication of the time of day the classes are held.
