Is my letter correct?
I want to participate to a scientific conference( in Italy) and they accept my article but it's fee is high for me .I want to write a discount letter to head of conference tell them, I live in a country with economical problems and I don't have prepare job to afford pay conference fee and also I realy eager to participate to this conference.
Dear Sir!
We are Iran ICOMOS member. Your conference fee is too high for us (equal two month salary) and it's an obstacle for our register and participate in conference. We are really eager to take a part in the conference. So we ask solicitation to make our attendance in the conference

It is not clear how many people want to attend. "We/us" means more than one. If it is only yourself, then use "I".

It is not clear how many people want to attend. "We/us" means more than one. If it is only yourself, then use "I".
