Is my introductory paragraph good for my controversial essay?
Since the first airplane hijacking on July 13, 1956, pilots and passengers were afraid for their lives. Some of these hijackings have proven to be even deadly. The worst hijacking in the history of the world was the hijacking of the two passenger planes the American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175 which crashed into the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001, killing 2,751 citizens on that devastating day. The problem is that should airplane pilots carry guns during flight to prevent these events? Will this help and is it unassailable to let pilots take control of the safety of both the aircraft and its passengers?
