Is my interpretation correct?

Hi, here's what I stumbled on and made me wonder what it exactly means.

My interpretation of this goes '' I feel like my cold is gonna hit me soon, but not in full force at this point, it is just in a starting phase''

- I don't think my cold is breaking yet.
