Is my first draft okay grammar and fragment wise?

Personal Narrative Draft one

Cow Tongue

Growing up in Tennessee I Had a best friend named Nikki. I Met Nikki when I was in 3^rd grade. We were extremely good friends we always sat by each other on the bus, we would always call each other and we would always have a great time when ever we were with each other.



Summer of my 3^rd grade year when I was just heading into 4^th grade I really missed Nikki I didn’t see her for like a week or two then she called me and invited me over to her house she said we could swim I was so excited so, I asked my dad and he said sure and that he would give me a ride. I got in the car to head to Nikki’s house and I forgot everything a swimsuit, towel, and Pjs after I got all my stuff together I hopped in the car and started my ride out there it felt like forever. When I got there Nikki was outside waiting for me we were so pumped to see each other. I ran out of the car and hugged her and we got right to the fun stuff while my dad talked to her mom.



Nikki took me inside right away and introduced me to her older sister Susan and her pets, she had 3 dogs and 9 cats I even got to see her room. After all that happened she took me to the dairy barn which had hundreds of cows I was terrified then I started getting used to them it didn’t help me at all that the smelt really bad. Cows are not my thing and Nikki realized that quick so we went inside and put on our swimsuits and headed out for the pool once out there her younger cousin Sam was out there and he has something in the pool and I asked him what it was it was a flipping cows’ tongue he had an actual cows tongue that looked like I don’t know what it was probably the nastiest thing have ever encountered he played with it like it was nothing. I Started Screaming and Nikki Started screaming too, she was like “what’s wrong” I said “what the heck do you think is wrong your little cousin is playing with another Mammals tongue who does that?” Certainly no one I know! After all was said and done Nikki screamed again but this time she screamed “Uncle Bernard” at the top of her lungs I replied with a “huh” she said “MOM, UNCLE IS HERE!!!” She hopped out of the pool and said “Lee come on” I quickly followed Nikki into the house to put on dry clothes and to finish our swim later so she could visit with her uncle Bernard.



Bernard was a character. He was always telling jokes and screaming. He was a fun person to be around. I noticed he drove up on dirt bike. I wanted to ride I was determined to do it to. Before I knew it he asked me if I wanted a ride. I replied with a screaming “YES!” we got on and he was driving because the bike was to big for me we head to the field across the street and we take off it was so much fun but, I did not know there was horses in the field I was scared out of my mind he kept trying to run over a horse. I couldn’t believe he would even joke like that I was screaming then I started crying he stopped the dirt bike and I looked down and what do you know… a Cows tongue was laying in the middle of the field.
