is my English Sentence Correct and Polite?
Dear Professor,
Hope all is going well. This email is just for some description and apologizing.
about our I'M in Saturday 1 December, I thought our meeting will be held on sunday and I did ready myself and my Contents for that time. unfortunatly todays I'm so busy and this is the reason for what happend. finaly I want to say so sorry and hope such problems never take place again.

This apology is definitely polite. Depending on the culture of your professor, he or she may find it a little too extreme. In my culture, if someone had missed a meeting with me, I would not expect quite so profuse an apology from them. However, your culture may vary; I don't know. But you might like to give some thought to removing some parts of it.
