This email is just for some description and apologizing. about our I'M in Saturday 1 December, I thought our meeting will be held on sunday and I did ready myself and my Contents for that time. unfortunatly todays I'm so busy and this is the reason for what happend. finaly I want to say so sorry and hope such problems never take place again. In my culture, if someone had missed a meeting with me, I would not expect quite so profuse an apology from them.
