is my English sentence correct?

First I want to say thanks for all of your efforts to achieving to our goal.
Second, we must do our best job for remaining chapters and be adhere to our plan. Below each person can find his/her tasks and schedules.

1- First revised of remained chapters until 15 January
2- Preparing final version of the book
H. R.:
1- Completion of chapter 6 until 20 December
2- Doing graphic jobs of remained chapter 4 days after translation of each chapter
3- Follow the publishing matters
S. M.:
1- Translation of chapter 4 and chapter 10 until 15 December
2- Final revise of remained chapters
A. Y.:
1- Translation of chapter 11 until 21 December
2- Translation of chapter 12 until 27 December
3- First revise of chapter 13 and chapter 14 until 5 January
