Is my analysis correct?

I try to analyze this sentence: She reached the park without even noticing it. Does the writer mean that she got to the park without the presence of mind that she was there? Is my analysis correct?

More context is needed in order to be sure what "it" refers to and why she might not have noticed that thing. If "it" does mean "reaching the park" then perhaps she was so preoccupied with other thoughts that she didn't notice her surroundings.
