Is "miss" a stative verb? and we don't conjugate "to miss" in progressive tenses? Thanks

Give me some more stative verbs, please.

Is there any exceptional cases in stative verbs?

I'd say that 'miss' can be either stative or dynamic (which is true of a number of verbs, I think, depending on their meaning). I miss my dad . (stative) This table is missing one leg .
