Look up "comma splice."

Use a period. Use a semi-colon. Use an "and." Do NOT use a comma!

Hi,
No. Use a conjunction, or a semi-colon., or just make them two separate sentences.

Of course, if your English is so good that you want to make eg a literary statement by using non-conventional English, you can do what you wish.

The only time a comma works is when you have three or more, but you still need a coordinating conjunction:

The turkey is done, the potatoes are mashed (,) and the gravy is simmering.

This is structured as a command, and its drama makes it sound fine.
