Is it wrong to add an indefinite article after 'and' in series of noun phrases beginning with an indefinite article

Like, for example, 'Mara always refuses Andre's offer to style her hair because she fears a bald head, an odd color, and a frizzy hair.' Do we have to remove the indefinite article at the end or leave it? I want to be as grammatical as possible.

a frizzy hair sounds like you are talking about one individual hair. Say 'Mara always refuses Andre's offer to style her hair because she fears a bald head, an odd color, and frizzy hair. '
