Is it worth it memorizing the whole dictionary? English - Mylanguage; My Language - English.

I wanted to know if it was worth it memorizing a whole dictionary. It's English - Albanian and Albanian - English.

Is it really worth it?

I think I'm not that bad at grammar, that's why I want to memorize whole dicitonary and I want to learn English well. I want to be able to talk for many things in English and not having problem about finding any word for a specific thing/issue.

Thank you.
