Yoga derives from prehistoric roots and develops out of ancient Indian asceticism.
Yoga as a Hindu philosophy is first expounded in the Yoga Surtas of Patanjali. This earliest school of Yoga retrospectively came to be known by the retronym Raja Yoga to distinguish it from later schools.
Yoga has been gaining immense popularity due to the short-term as well as long-term benefits that it provides.
The aims of the yoga enthusiasts are extremely varied. Some are particularly inspired by the Spiritual Element that yoga provides, others by the increased fitness and flexibility that it results in. Some people find solutions to suffering from varied health disorders and there are others who achieve an all-round development of a calm, stress-free mind and a fit body.
So, there are some argues about using spiritual methods. Supporters of medical treatment consider that yoga and other healing methods are waste of time and something, which is quite odd for our material world. They affirm that there is no need to use such kind of treatment if there is medicine that can kill our pain and is very effective.
However they are mistaken. In contrast to conventional methods yoga doesn’t have any side effects. Besides, people use it not only for remaining healthy but get rid of stress, to plunge in oneself to unite body and mind and even for self-expression. Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and genders. It can be of different kinds, both difficult and simplified, for beginners and for advanced.
Due to yoga you will become a self-controlled, reasonable and satisfied person. You will feel lightness and well-being, so why not to try it. Nobody will suffer from it, isn’t it? Maybe you will find something inside of you that you tried to find out during your whole life. JUST TRY AND THAT’S IT!!!
