Is it true that plural can be used only with nouns?

can we use plural in verbs, adjective, adverb etc?

if it is used only with noun then its good because now i don't have to scratch my mind in understanding plural in verbs, adjective, adverb.

Note that the "s" makes a noun plural, but it may also make a verb singular in some cases.
