Is it true that I should not study grammar to learn English?

I was surfing the web, I found an article giving some tips to learn to speak English fluently (here is the link: http://www.howilearnenglish.com/9-tips-speak-english-fluently/ ) The authors says that English grammar is bad and should not be studied.

I don't understand!! How can I speak English fluently without studying grammar ? I think if I don't study grammar, I won't speak English correctly.
Anything else, why do we study grammar at schools if it is bad ?

Please, I need an answer about this problem !!!

It can be true and it can be not.
The article says "don't study English Grammar too early", it didn't say don't study grammar at all.
So, you study English without grammar, when you come to a certain level, you start studying grammar.

Our six-year-old children speak fluent English with few grammatical errors, and they never had a single formal lesson in grammar. However, when you learn a language as an adult learner, understanding the grammar gives another insight into the language and its differences from your native tongue. The infantile "language learning centers" of the brain disappear as we grow up, so language learning has to be done by other areas of the brain.

By the way, you did not read the site's information correctly. It actually says this:
English Grammar is very important, and you must study it, but only if you are an advanced student!

They mean that you learn conversation more easily, if you learn it as children in English-speaking families do. Children listen to easy conversations over and over and over.

Imitate native speakers. The vast majority of them don't know anything about grammar, and they speak fluently without any problems. Of course, you'll have to stop asking "Why?" all the time and just use the language the same way that they do without thinking about it.

What you need is a lot of vocabulary. Learn as many words as possible. Hundreds and hundreds of words. You can't speak any language without words.

Note, however, that if you don't have any way of speaking regularly with native speakers who are willing to put up with your broken English until you get rather good at it, and no way of going to live in an English-speaking country for at least a year, then this method is pretty much doomed.
