Is it true?!

Heel.
'ant-' is defined thus:

ant-

prefix
a variant of http://www.thefreedictionary.com/anti-antacid

© HarperCollins Publishers 1991, 1994, 1998, 2000, 2003

Does that mean that 'ant' and 'anti' are the same thing and they can be used interchangibly?

What do you mean, "heel"? No. The dictionary is telling you that the "ant-" you see in "antacid" and "antagonize" is the same prefix as the "anti-" in "antidepressant" and "antidisestablishmentarianism", but modified in spelling for reasons of pronunciation or something else.
