0 Hello i was chatting with someone from the Arab world, he told me that he will teach Arabic in America, but he has not any uni degree in Arabic but Arabic is his first language, he said that he studied E in the uni and he has a (Bachelor degree in E) and so he can teach Arabic for American student, so what if someone has B in E can he teach Arabic in UK 0-
