When saying "I just seen him" is it like saying "I've just seen him"? or "I been there"and "I've been there"?

And in what tense are they?

This is not correct grammar.
"I've just seen him" is correct. "I've been there is correct."

In American English, "I just saw him" is okay -- I believe our British friends stron
