Is it the right word?

Hi, everyone

1. Is this the correct way to use the passive voice?

"Your paper has been corrected."

Is the following sentence correct?

"There is a tying error on the exam paper page 3, please amend it to...."

- is the word "amend" using here is right?

- is the preposition "to" here is using correctly?

Yes, it is correct.

As for "amend", it is not interchangeable with "correct" which means to make changes to conform to a preconceived standard. We normally would hear "amend"
