Are the tenses correct?

Is there anything to change?

Is « are looking » correct as it is followed by over the years?

The type of players coaches are looking for has changed over the years. Coaches wanted players who were built a decade ago. Now they are looking for players who are athletic.

Is the present perfect the correct tense with “every time”?

Every time I’ve seen him take a shot he’s missed.
