That is a run-on sentence. You need some punctuation (semicolon or full stop, or more casually a comma) after "me".

You do not "approach to something", you just "approach something". It is grammatically correct to say "Approach me; I can't hear you" but it is not natural in ordinary situations ("approach" seems too formal and technical a word).

You can say "Come over to me; I can't hear you", but more usual might be "Come over here; I can't hear you" or "Come a bit closer; I can't hear you".
