Buddhist,

Whenever we form a question, we must use an auxilary i.e. does, do and many others.
Where did you go this morning?
What does he do for a living? not what he does for a living!

We do use does in the right sentence.

Where does she live? Not lives. You have s on does already. Don't put another s on live.
How does he know? When does she eat? Why does it hurt?

Hi Buddhist-Accountant,
You can speak like "Where she lives?" this is correct and short sentence, but if u use "Does", it will be better and grammatically correct English like this "Where does she live?"

It isn't correct without the 'does'.

Hi Deepk,
You can speak like "Where she lives?"

No, this is incorrect. You can say "where she lives is very convenient for errands".
But in question form, it's always "where does she...."?

No, I'm afraid that's not true.
In the present tense, if the question starts with When, Where, How, or Why, and you're using he, she, it, or a singular noun as the subject, and you're using any verb except to be, it is always
[When
