is it subjunctive?

Hi,

The king commanded that the knight go on a quest.

I don't think you will hear Dr Nabarro say the same sort of thing again.

The verb 'go' is in subjunctive mood in the first statement.

Is the second sentence subjunctive too? Please notice the bare infinitive in it.

O. I dont think you will hear Dr Nabarro say the same sort of thing again . This "say" is not a present subjunctive but merely a bare infinitive.

I have come across this difference between the tags:

Use 'will you' if the sentence is an imperative (telling someone to do something).
Use 'won't you' if the sentence is a suggestion.
