Is it right to say "the new idea comes to me"?

I'd like to mean "I have a new idea".

Can I say "the new idea comes to me", is it grammatically correct?

Yes I know I can just simply say I have a new idea but I want to broaden my expression

Yes, but "grammatically correct" is a rather low bar. In addition to "grammatically correct" you want "idiomatic", i.e., "natural", and "appropriate".
