Is it right to say" The clouds seem to expand to a never end"

The clouds seem to expand to a never end.

Is it a correct sentence? I mean for "creating writing"if not, how to revise it?

Many thanks!

Never can't be used attributively before a noun (end). I'm not sure what you mean. Perhaps: The clouds seem to expand constantly.
