Is it right to say "go on do"?

Hello, I have a question; is it correct to say "go on do (sth.)" ? I thought it should be "go on to do" or "go on doing" ?

Thanks in advance.

Normally it would be 'go on and do something' but the 'and' is often omitted in informal speech

After 20 years in prison, he went on to do great things.

I told him to stop teasing her, but he went on doing it.

Two sentences: Go on. Do it. (Just do it!) Go ahead! Make my day!

All the above are used.
