Is it right to say:

I was born in America, but I have been stay in Canada since 10 years

or

I was born in America, but I have been staying in Canada since 10 year

or

The second one is grammatically correct; however, the best way to say this would be "I was born in America, but I have been living in Canada for 10 years".
